1. Booking and Reservation: 1.1. All taxi bookings must be made through our designated booking channels, including our website, mobile application, or by phone. 1.2. Bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak hours, to secure your ride. 1.3. All booking information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.

2. Fare and Payment: 2.1. Fares are calculated based on the distance travelled and any additional services requested. 2.2. The fare displayed at the time of booking is an estimate and may vary depending on traffic conditions, route changes, or additional stops.

2.3. Payment must be made at the end of the journey. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

2.4. Any additional charges incurred during the journey, such as tolls or parking fees, will be added to the final fare.

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle as a result of their actions.

Brookside Taxi Company shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, accidents, or adverse weather. 5.2. We do not accept liability for any personal belongings left in the vehicle by passengers. 5.3. Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of our services shall be limited to the total fare paid for the journey.
